Once you have toured our facilities and a staff member has offered you a spot in our program you can follow the steps below to complete your child's enrollment. In order to secure your child's space, we will need a signed contract, your registration fee and half month’s tuition. Payment may be made by cash, check or via invoice. Follow these steps to complete your enrollment.

- Read the Family Policy Handbook
- Fill out and submit a Contract for your child
- Pay Registration fee, half of first month’s tuition and Early Termination Deposit (we will send you an invoice)
- Fill out the Enrollment and Permissions form: Green Apple Lower Green Apple Upper
- Complete and submit the following paperwork via email, mail or in person at least 2 weeks prior to your start date
- Child Information Record
- Health Appraisal from your physician
- Medication permission form, if needed
